Alessandra Stanley, ofttimes questionable TV critic for the New York Times (who you may know better as that journalist who misquoted Stephen Colbert’s “truthiness” as “trustiness” among other gaffs), comes to the defense of women everywhere in next month’s Vanity Fair. (Remember that little article last year written by Christopher Hitchens: “Why Women Aren’t Funny”? If you weren’t on an airplane or in a waiting room it’s safe to say you never read VF…but it did make a lot of people-mostly women-angry).

Blah, blah, blah…why is Alessandra Stanley writing this article???
