I don’t really keep up with the news but you have to see this B-more cop getting crucial on these harmless 14-year-olds at the Inner Harbor. Whatever you do, don’t ever call a cop “Dude.” Especially a cop who is already feeling demoralized and emasculated from having to wear shorts and drive around in a little clown car all day.
